What Contractors Are Saying

Since starting Pinmor Construction in 2019, M-Squared Networks has been our trusted technology partner. Mike has supported our company from the beginning, helping ensure our technology remains reliable as we’ve grown and taken on new projects. Having responsive IT support allows us to stay focused on managing projects and serving our clients.

Johnny Pinner
Pinmor Construction

M-Squared Networks has been our trusted IT partner since 2014. Over the years, Mike has helped us navigate technology upgrades, server replacements, cloud services, and the day-to-day support needed to keep our business running. When we experienced a ransomware incident, M-Squared Networks was able to restore our systems and get us back up and running quickly, minimizing the impact on our operations. We value having a technology partner who understands our business and is there when we need support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Construction Technology Review™ is completely complimentary and comes with no obligation. Our goal is to learn about your business, evaluate how your technology supports your operations, and provide practical recommendations that help improve productivity, communication, security, and reliability.

We recommend including anyone involved in technology or business operations, such as the owner, president, operations manager, office manager, or another decision-maker. If multiple people are involved in managing your technology or daily operations, they’re welcome to join the meeting.

Most reviews take approximately 45 minutes and are conducted remotely using Microsoft Teams. If additional discussion is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting at a time that’s convenient for you.

Following the review, we’ll provide a summary of our findings, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical next steps based on your business goals. You can use those recommendations however you choose. If you’d like our help implementing them, we’ll discuss the available options, but there is never any obligation to move forward.

No. The purpose of the review is to provide value by identifying opportunities to strengthen your technology. If we believe we can help further, we’ll explain how, but there is never any pressure or obligation to become a client. Many contractors simply use the recommendations to improve their existing technology environment.
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Including key members of your leadership or office team often leads to a more productive discussion because everyone can share their perspective, ask questions, and better understand the recommendations.
No. The review is a conversation, not a technical audit. We ask about how your team works, where information lives, and what challenges come up day to day. We do not need login credentials, remote access, or anything installed on your systems to complete the review.
Nothing formal. Come ready to talk about how your projects run, where your team runs into friction, and what is working well already. If you have specific concerns or recent examples in mind, those are helpful, but preparation is not required.
